Mild posterior disc Bulge

I have done recently my cervical MRI and found in impression that I have mild posterior disc bulge in c5-6 and c6-7 level indenting the thecal sac. Last 10 month I am suffering a problem that I can not even explain , always feel I am dis balance my mind is not stable, Like vertigo , i feel like i will be faint , feel always uncomfortable, I have visit many doctors, hakeem and ayurvedic but nothing work, I have taken vertin 8-16 and 24 mg but no use. Please guide me

Mild disc bulge don't need any kind of surgical intervention. You should consider physiotherapy for your neck. It might help.
