Mild pain in central lining of stomach

Recently got married, and my routine has been disturbed. Eventually it is taking time to get normalize.. But having few issues like burping a lot, and experiencing the pain in central lining of stomach.. i generally eat less and keep space.. but now i think food intake increased due to which the pressure is building up on the lining and making it pain.. so i am not sure about it exact cause.. this pain is from 4-5 days.. sometimes it fades away but sometimes it persist.. Recently had mouth ulcers..

Drink plenty of water.4 lts per day. Avoid spicy and oily food. Don't over eat. Don't eat and lie down keep atleast 2 hours of gap. Do some physical exercises. Increase roughage in your daily diet. Can take antacid 30 ml 3 times in a day.
