Mild free fluid in pod

My wife ( 20 Yr old) having mild free fluid in pod ( as found in pelvic USG)...and when I insert a 3/4 of my index finger I fill some hard structure in her vagina...what is it please suggested me

Hi good evening Thnxs for your question Mild free fluid in pod and hard part u feel in vagina is different things. Hard part u feel with ur fingers inside vagina is called cervix (part of uterus.) For further information use online consultation. My link is prac.to/drpanchani
