Hello Doctor, It started with fever I did typhoid test it showed typhoid 1:80 positive, Sgpt was 55. I was under medication but it did not improve so I took consultation with another doctor. They told me to do Dengue, Malaria, Sgpt test thyrod test. Everything was negative but my sgpt raised to 200. Then doctor told me to do x-ray and sonography where it is showing spleen enlargement. Later my fever got lower down to 98 to 99. Doctor told to do CBC, G6PD, Rectic count, SGPT, HBSAG, ANTI HCV & LDH. Here my CBC is normal except neutrophils and lymphocytes. Wbc & haemoglobin are normal. G6pd, Rectic count, hbsag anti HCV is normal, sgpt reduced to 62 but LDH is high it's 311. Please let me know exactly what issue I have. I also had Typhoid earlier so doctor told Typhoid will show positive irrespective of what. Please let me know what medication should I take
