Hi This is my widal test report S typhi "O" -1:80 S typhi "H" -1:40 S paratyphi "AH" - negative S paratyphi "BH" - negative Body pain and mild fever from one week. Am i infected by typhoid fever? Thank you

Widal test is not suggestive of enteric fever (typhoid) . Widal test should only be done after 7 days of fever. In the first few days ideally blood culture should be done. If you can share few more clinical details it would be helpful in guiding you better.
