Mild eye pain and discomfort after gouge

I was involved in a fight last night during which the other person attempted to gouge my eyes with his thumbs, I was able to resist before anything too bad happened. Today I am experiencing mild discomfort especially when I move my eyes, my left eye was also bloodshot when I woke up this morning.

is there any diminished vision if yes please contact your ophthalmologist if no then you can do cold compresses and take some anti inflammatory drug e.g. diclogesic SOS for one or two days and then give feedback  thank you
