I am suffering from bph for last one year I have taken postaguard 8 and become ok but last three months I felt I have taking more time to urination than Doctor prescribed me Sildoo8 to continue and ecena 50mg.but frequent urination is not there but starting urination take long time. Please advice. Thank you

I think it’s better to consult same doctor, you may require modification by stopping Exena. And continue on sildoo. Then need to assess after that how things will improve. Need to do Uroflow with PVR as well.
