Mild cold 1 and half month old baby
Hi, Is it safe to use coriminic drops(suggested by pediatrician but skeptical to use to small baby) to 1 and half month old baby. No running nose, only blocked nose like symptoms only at night when lying down mostly after feeds. Scheduled vaccination postponed to next week. Can vaccine be given even with mild cold

It's like a nose block, use salt water, 2-3 drops every 4-6 hours.
If fever or running nose, please consult with your doctor or online consultation.
If only nose block, then vaccines can be given.

First vaccination can be given in mild cold. Coriminic drops can be given, but can be a bit sedative. So feeding can be an issue or else you have to give the medicine after feeding for 2/3 days.
Next Steps
Best to give saline nasal drops that too only after evenings for blocked nose. You can put two drops every 3/4 hours for 3 days.
Health Tips
Try to feed only in sitting position. Never try to lie down and feed, can cause aspiration and also blocked nose and noisy breathing at night
