Hello sir, 34 Male, Healthy active, non smoker, no alcohol, weight 60kg, height 5.4 I have mild chest pain comes and go within 4-5 second, mild lightheadness like fraction of second..but there is little chest tightness all days, did 2 ECG within 2 days as following.. please suggest as I am worried.. i have constant overthinking..

ECG is normal. But suggested to go for echocardiogram for further evaluation of your symptoms
