Migrane recurring

I get these migranes usually when I don't sleep enough at night, or I skip a meal or due to stress. It lasts for a whole day. On the left side. Left eye and surrounding areas. What could the reason be?

Like you said it is a Migraine type of headache with trigger factors being what you mentioned above like stress or sleeplessness. Try and avoid trigger factors and to prevent further attacks you will have to take T. Sibelium 10mg daily night for 1 mth. This will prevent symptoms for few months.
