Left head is throbbing with mild to severe pain daily morning and I haven't treated it for 4 years thinking it was just a regular headache. I feel my nerve pulsating inside my head and also I think it may be related to sinus migraines because my left nose sometimes blocks when this head throbbing occurs.

As per your complaints you seem to suffer from migraine. You will need regular medication for around 3 months time.
