6-7hrs sleep is good enough to get up fresh in the morning..... practice sleep hygiene for quality sleep
Sleep at fixed time n fixed place. Sleep place should be clean dimly lighted n used only for sleep purpose
Start some exercise even 30min walk can do
Start doing meditation for your mental n physical well-being
