Migraine lasting for a week

I am having Epilepsy and Migraine headache from 8 years now. Off lately my headache has started lasting for a week or two. I am taking AED; Divalpro 500 mg once daily and also Rizatriptan 10mg sometimes for the headache. From a few months, Rizatriptan isn't reducing my headaches. Please advice.

Can u brief about ur headache Duration of each episode in a day Severity,  is it stopping you from ur regular activity compelling u to take rest. How is ur stress level How is ur sleep.
