You are suffering from migraine headache . You need to take sos medication such as paracetamol at the onset itself to prevent the peaking of pain. You may need to take prophylaxis medication if the headaches are recurrent. Eye checkup to rule out eye problems is usually to be done if not done in past 6 months.
Health Tips
avoid excess or reduced sleep. take food at regular intervals. reduce stress levels by exercise and meditation. take prophylaxis medication till the doctor tells u to stop. don't take pain killers more than twice a week. if you are needing more that means you need more prophylactic medication
