I have throat pain, tissue swelling, redness of throat, white marks on tonsil glands both side, very difficult to swallowing things. its since 4-5 days, i am facing.

As per your description you might have developed acute tonsilitis.. need to be treated with proper antibiotic and other supportive treatment.. visit an ENT specialist for opinion..
