Today I took my first pill of abortion kit that was mifepriston but didn't notice any bleeding .. does mifepriston cause bleeding ?

Mifepristone can cause bleeding and pain and vomiting in few patients. However still misoprostol has to be taken even after mifepristone. Also if you are taking without a gynaecologist consult ,kindly consult one now.
