My wife undergone infertility treatment.. had HMG injections 3 days and on 10th day egg size is 26/16 and given HCG 10000... went for scan on 13th day and confirmed that egg is ruptured ,.. had intercourse from 10th day to 15 th day .. now my wife having lower back and upper middle back pain and tired and leg pains ... is it pregnancy symptom? Or period ? My semen count: Count ; 55 millions /ml Motility : 35 % progressive 25% no progressive Morphology 70% Please inform is pregnancy happen with this counts ?
