I am experiencing upper middle chest pain , I took ECG twice time and troponin test  report attached , my question is that can I take temedol 50 mg when pain. Please advice

Both the reports attached above here are normal and hence the pain that you are experiencing is most likely to be non-cardiac chest pain. You may take tablet tramadol SOS.
