I have been having midcycle spotting since three months. In the first two months it stopped in 3-4 days, now it's been more than 10 days and this time it's more bleeding than spotting. Gynaecologist has prescribed trenaxa 500. I am getting severe headaches and spinning head. Could it because my haemoglobin has dropped because of bleeding or is it because of the medicine? Also no one has told me the exact or possible reason for the bleeding. I've met three doctors till now.
