Mid cycle nipple sore

Hi As my first day of period is 5th October 2019 and this is the mix cycle and from yesterday Iam getting nipples pain and left leg pain and i checked the dates with ovulation calculator and my fertile window is from 17 th to 21 October. And we have participated in all these days and still Iam getting these pain . Can you please help out from these issue. Thank you
