Microcalculi in gallbladder

My father of age 62 years is having microcalculi in gallbladder. He had AVR and his current ejection fraction is 20%. Doctor recommended not to go for surgery as it might be high risk. But my father is having recurrent abdominal pain sometimes severe. What to do in this case

Ejection fraction 20% is very high risk....although ... Get done liver function test.  .. Can be started on liver enzymes like Liv 52 / Udiliv.... It might help ..but of questionable value in treating the condition.
