I have been prescribed metoprolol succinate for 10 days ..can i stop after 10 days ...as I had high heart rate with normal ECG...i have also been prescribed vit B12 tabs all for 10 days .. attaching my ECG report..male 24 yrs height - 5'9 weight - 87

I don't know whether you got this treatment from a Cardiologist or some other doctor.  Very rarely a person of  24 years age will need Metoprolol without detailed Cardiac evaluation. Please reduce your weight to  75 kg.  Consult a Cardiologist for evaluation of your Cardiovascular System.
