I'm taking Metolar XR 25 since 10-11 years. BP remains stable & within limits but facing GI issues. Producing lots of gases, stomach rumbling, loss of appetite, burning in stomach.. Constipation present. Should I change medication.

It shouldnt be due to Metolar xr, . Any other drug u took?. If not then, U can take gi medication
