Does methylphenidate increase blood sugar levels? I have been taking this medicine for the past month, and I checked my fasting blood sugar, which was 110, and after eating, it was 145. Will my blood sugar return to normal if I stop taking this medication?

No Methyl phenidate doesn't cause an increase in blood sugar. Need to look for other causes. Kindly consult
