Metformin after getting pregnant?

Hi,I was diagnosed with pcod and took treatment for three months. I was prescribed with metformin 500mg three times a day. Now Im 5 weeks pregnant. As I shifted to my hometown I'm unable to consult the doctor whom I refered previously. Will you please anyone tell me whether I have to continue metformin. If so,what must be the dose?? I'm attaching my scanning report. In scanning report they have given no cysts.
