Hello i had irregular menustration for past 2 month it camed 2 times in one month with short time period. now i'm facing heaviness in mu stomach little pain. i'm 24 years old unmmaried girl . i'm so much tiny and my face , eyes and skins are so sunken. felling weakness can run for small distance also pls help me
