My brother is a mentally retarded guy since childhood, earlier he was normal Now a days he is very arrogant, screaming for everything. Earlier he will be using toilet without any hurry, but now a days rushes at the neck if the movement getting wet his pants

He needs definite treatment from psychiatrist. If psychiatrist feels d need to send him for some therapy, he will b sent to a psychologist. But 1st opinion of psychiatrist is needed
