I am unmarried 29 years old female .My problem is that before 2 days of periods and first two days of period serious cramps occurs since from begining .First two days are heavy bleed .please suggest me . I also want to know whether this problem affect my pregnancy aftrr marriage or sexual relationship .

If you have pain before the starting of your period with heavy bleeding it could be because of a number of reasons like endometriosis, fibroid uterus ,,adenomyosis, ovarian cyst... so you need to get an ultrasound done to rule out any abnormality
