I have formulated femilon in last cycle for Bilateral complex ovarian cyst. In current cycle my mensural flow is not coming. It has been reduced drastically.What may be the possibility??

Femilon also can cause reduce  in menstrual cycle blood flow ...however if you had taken femilon for bilateral Complex cyst it will not help
