Mughe 3 months se periods nhi ho rhe I am sexually active. With my husband 1 month before and not having any pill plz tell me what can I do I am not getting pregnent

Do pregnancy test and get an ultrasound done Stress also not gud for periods. For pregnancy  , how long u have been trying?  Consult a doctor inperson for detailed history n examination/ investigations
