I first time delay my period .15 days nd i dont even sex soo plz help me wht to doo.i tk medice ayurvedic ammenoron tab but period is not come but my pelvic portion is paining nd feeling heavy in body nauses nf vomiting typ feeling .plz help me .26 year old.nd 1 year ago i face pcod problm also
