My wife get mens with very pain but it's gives very xtra free flow and she sometimes get till 7 days is it giod or bad

If your wife suffers from menorrhagia with dysmenorrhea its not normal and definitely needs to get investigated.. It could be due to fibroid , polyp , hormonal imbalance , ovarian cysts etc. Get an ultrasound pelvis done
