My periods have always been irregular. Gradually gap increased. Been 11 months now no periods. Not in physical relationship for long. Happened to have sex for a day now and it bled. But stopped same day. If I don't go on medication will it be a problem? Or should I think of a relationship? Am divorced for 12 yrs. Have one son 15 yr old. Totally no relationship since 2-5 yrs
