My periods have always been pain free that last 1-3 days and is very light. I recently aborted a pregnancy and I bleed for 5 months. My first period after that was completely normal now it’s my second period that I’ve had and it’s now on day 5 with excruciating pain it’s mostly lots and lots of blood clots it’s extremly heavy, I feel so sick, tired, dizzy And cold. I always feel like I’m about to vomit but I haven’t I’ve been blacking out a lot lately too. I have to change every half hour- hour
