Will this PCOS be cured by regular exercise? My ultrasound scan report is peripherally arranged small follicles with central echogenic stroma but not meeting the volume criteria for polycystic ovaries. My FSH is 4.66, LH is 30.24 and TSH is 1.72. I had continuos periods for the last 2 months now it is somewhat controlled.
