I got second delivery on Nov. My last lmd is Feb 6.but this month it's not coming. Now I'm feeding can I took mensovit plus tablets

Yes you can take mensovit plus tablets. However your periods are irregular due to lactation .. So even if you don't tk it there won't be any problem. However chances of pregnancy are still there so use protection while intimating
