I am 49 years old and my period was regular till OCT 2016. In Nov i did not get my period then I got in Dec. Again Jan 2017 I dd not get but FEB, March, April I got. Both in Mar and Apr cycle the bleeding lasted for more than 10 days with less initially and little heavy 3-4 days and less again for few days. I also have multiple fibroid in uterus and on regular check and doc advised nothing to be done.

Hello....... Irregularity in period and bleeding is expected in perimenoposal woman..  You are near menopause so these symptoms are there...  Gradually menses stops fibroid is estrogen dependent and it may regress in size after menopause, large fibroids need to be removed...
