I haven't had my period last year of August and I'm scared something might be wrong with my uterus

You have irregular periods means there is irregular ovulation. You go for ultrasound to rule out pcod. And now you take Tab Meprate 10mg three times a day for 3days pds will come then from 5th day of periods start Tab Yaz once a day for 28days for 6months don't forget to take a single tablet once you start.
