I am a 28 year old unmarried girl. I do not have Menstrual cycle from last 55 days. I have already diagnosed with PCOD and thyroid. As I am virgin so there is no chance to be pregnant. What should I do please suggest.

PCOS and thyroid, both cause delayed menses. Firstly, you must start treatment for both these conditions. You can wait up to 3 months for spontaneous periods. If you don't get them, you will have to take progesterone.
