My friend has taken i-pill due to which her periods came 15 days before her normal periods now for the second month her period is delayed. Is that normal??

Depends.. Delayed for couple of day to a week is OK. However if the bleeding she got after i  pill was not quite normal(less than what she normally has) then pls get pregnancy checked..
