Hi I've been off the birth control pill for over 8 months my periods came back normal after 2 months im just a little worried with them as i only have a 3 day period the first day of period I bleed very heavily and have extreme pain were i carnt get out of bed and the 2 days after its like a thick brown mucus is this normal or not me and my partner
