My teenage daughter has terrible menstrual cramps at age 16 would it be safe to put her on the 3 months contraceptive

Yes you can put on oral contraceptive pill because of pill causes anovulatory cycle so no pain.Maintain hygiene also.Give nutritious diet and protein rich diet.Donot give junk food.Continue the of pill for 3 months minimum.
