I am having cramps from past 2 weeks its feel like my menstrual cramps. But periods isn't coming....

Hello, there are several reasons are lower abdominal pain, urinary tract infections, intestinal infections, infections of reproductive tract, PCOS, appendicitis,.. Etc,, you need to get examined and need to be asked few questions to rule out the causes,. Please consult a gynecologist.
