Mam, my mestration cycle is not on time...it is irregular. every month my date is changed. i want to concieve but due to irregular cycle i don't knw my ovalution time. plz suggest me ur advice.

Consult a gynaec so that proper history regarding how irregular , u bleed once in how many days and for how long . also tsh and hormonal evaluation will have to be done to find out the cause of irregular menses .
