Hello Dr iam 32yr female I had an issue of PCOD and thyroid ,I take 100mg thyronorm and thyroid level is normal And I get my periods every 4th day I had sex with my husband ,it was almost 3months I did not had sex since my husband was in abroad We were excited and had intercourse (withdrawel) The next morning I had spotting and actually I should get my periods on that particular day accg my cycles,but experienced spotting I still don't know it's actual periods or spotting Never experienced this before ,iam worried till I see actual periods bleeding Wat home remedies I can do to get actual normal flow .
