Today for the very first time i have faced this . I am facing menses for the 2nd time in the same single month ... Although i was over by 3rd may but again got it on 18th may . Kindly help me with the same

Maintain a menstrual calender for next 3 months. See if the same thing is repeating every month. In that case further evaluation will be needed. Menses twice in a month maybe because of irregular pill intake/stress/thyroid problems.
