Hi, my husband is diagonsed with CBAVD, so we have opted for IVF-ICSI for pregnancy. However after PESA procedure, doctor said that his sperms are not able to fertilise the eggs due to poor quality and the same happens. Is there any medication or procedure to improve the quality of the sperms, so that they can fertilise the eggs?

What work he do? Do he have any addictions? Yes we can go with proper ayurvedic medicine prepared by me to increase his sperm count and motility so that it can fertilise egg
