AGE IS 24 YEAR..MY NAME IS SONU...MY BRAIN MEMORY IS VERY LOW  I DIDENT REMEMBER ANY THING...EVEN 1-2 HOUR EARLY THING I FORGOT...THIS IS HAPPEN TO ME FROM 5-6 YEAR...PLESE HELP....FROM THE FRND RECOMENDEATION I'LL USE HIMALYA MENTAT TABLET...IS THIS GOOD FOR ME OR NOT...
