Hi, My father is having high blood pressure from last 2 days and suddenly today morning he forgot the incidents of yesterday, and from morning on words he is behaving abnormal like not recognizing the family members in first time..etc. Please suggest me the right action which I can take immediately.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You need to take him to a hospital right away and get him examined by a neurologist. A CT brain will also be required to rule out any hemorrhagic lesion in the brain. Kindly do not waste any more time. Just take him to a neurolophysician/neurologist as soon as possible. Best regards.
