Hi, I have severe Melasma on under eyes and cheeks area. Have gone through Laser too but didnt help much. Can you suggest what can help in these elongated under eye dark circles?

I wish you could upload photos. If laser didn't help, you can try chemical peels. A sunscreen and scarf on face may also help in keeping the pigmentation from getting darker.
